85 Broad Street Building is located at Financial District in New York. Beacon Capital Partners bought a minority stake in MetLife’s office tower in 2014.Targeting TAMI tenants, our client wanted the logo to be creative and Urban. The design was created around the positioning line “A Stone’s Throw from Everything”.
I designed the marketing suite from floor and elevation plans, to visual assets.I created the Marketing Suite design using New York transit’s bright colors and the visualization of historical landmark, Stone street.
